Since 2014, Mercy Neighborhood Ministries of Philadelphia, Inc. has received more than $772,000 thanks to PHMC partnership funds through the Fund for Quality, administered by Reinvestment Fund and PHMC, and through the City of Philadelphia’s Child Care Facility Fund, administered by PHMC. Collaboration between MNMOP & PHMC has resulted in the implementation of Head Start and Pre-K Counts, the construction of two classrooms at the Mercy Family Center, renovation of our play yard, an overhaul of our communication system, installation of both commercial and residentail dryers, and in 2018, the outfitting of our second childcare facility!
